Clean room equipped to a good standard. Excellent location for our purposes. Comfortable bed
Car park was quite tight, as were stairs to bedroom when carrying suitcases.

The location was easy, close to a theatre and a college. The room I booked was new-fashioned with lovely shower, the bar and fans. All the stuff were attentive and efficient giving some tips about the city.

The staff were polite and helpful. The full English breakfast was excellent and served very promptly.
The car parking is vey cramped. The butter at breakfast would have been better if it had been chilled. A bath mat for the shower would have been nice.

Bed was comfy, bathroom spacious but again would probably have preferred the outside rooms near the car park. Location was perfect, actually preferred staying Eton side of the river so could get away from the chaos of Windsor.
Booked the executive room, in hindsight probably not worth the extra money. Sofa was a sofa bed and made of a plastic type material which made it unusable really. Noise from other rooms was pretty loud, walls like paper and there was some hammering at 8:30.

Request an upgrade for more spacious accommodations. the small doubles can feel quite cramped for longer stays.

Good ambience, trendy and busy bar area and seperate restaurant.
Could use a refurb now, fittings clearly starting to age; mattresses were very poor; access to parking at rear restricted

We liked he shallet style rooms witch had disabled facilities, a very relaxed feel to the place with a real holiday feel about it. Very quiet but with plenty going on a short walk into Windsor staff were very helpful and very pleasant. we would deinateley stay here again.

The comfort and cleanliness of the room, the helpfulness of the staff, the location (for event at Eton College) and the good food.
A little bit pricey - especially after adding breakfast charge on - but high quality.

Our on line booking had not been received - but they were able to offer us a room. Adequate room in the car park. Bathroom in need of improvement - cracked wash basin. Directly beneath Heathrow flight path, so noisy in the morning. Disappointed that there was an extra charge for breakfast

The hotel has a charming atmosphere and friendly staff. Some areas like the bathroom could use a refresh, and the breakfast times felt limited. Parking is convenient, and the cozy room was well-appointed, creating an overall enjoyable experience.
